# Bulla Finance Liquidity Pools
### Intro
Bulla Finance is excited to launch a liquidity pool product that enables on chain working capital / commercial paper settlement and finance.
Depositors in a pool benefit from rare access to the short tenor of the commercial paper market returns all in stable tokens.
The Bulla Liquidity Pool product allows a pool deployer to gather accredited sources to gain short term exposure to secured commercial paper assets (i.e. freight invoices) purchased and collected by a pool manager.
The pools are private credit fund equivalents but for the DeFi or on chain community. A pool can be fully customized. For example, pools can be created to be available only for “N30 freight invoices,” or only “Fortune 1000 Debtors (AAA).”
Bulla Pool services (or their proxy) deploy Bulla pools for a designated pool manager (private credit fund) using both the Bulla Network pool finance protocol and the Bulla Network base credit protocol. Base credit protocol mints claims (invoices, purchase orders, letters of credit or "FrendLends") and the Bulla finance protocol knows how to finance these claims - subject to pool manager approval.
### How it Works
